DELIVERY
Flower Delivery Southern Highlands and Wollondilly
Jonima Flowers delivers across the Southern Highlands and Wollondilly. We work with trusted delivery partners to get your blooms to you as fresh as possible. We offer same day delivery Monday to Friday. We offer a range of delivery options including:
Same day delivery
Future delivery
‘Click and collect’ from the flower farm.
If you require delivery to locations not on our listed delivery area please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate.
Same Day Delivery
Orders need to be placed by 12pm for ‘Same Day Delivery’.
Orders will close when we run out of flowers for that day. You will be able to order if “add to cart” appears under the arrangement you are after.
Hours of Flower Delivery
Jonima Flowers normal delivery hours are from 12.30pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, no specific time slots can be offered. Jonima flowers do not deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.
In the case the recipient is uncontactable at the time of delivery the blooms will be left at a safe location. Please note we cannot be held liable for any blooms left unattended. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms you will be charged for re-delivery should we need to take your order back with us. To avoid this occurring please ensure the recipient is home at the time of delivery and specify this at checkout.
During holidays, including Valentines and Mother’s Day there may be delays due to the high volume of deliveries our drivers will be making. We ask that you make alternate arrangements should delivery after 6.00pm not be feasible.
If incorrect information is provided (such as delivery address, delivery date) and order has been delivered a refund will not be provided. Should order be requested to be re-delivered you will be recharged for the flowers and delivery.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY & SEASONALITY
As the blooms on the farm and the seasons are constantly changing, we can never promise the exact same flowers and colours you see on the online store. All stock is subject to flower farm production and seasonality. Each bouquet online reflects a particular style and the flowers in each bouquet are always changing. By changing with the flower seasons we are ensuring we are providing the finest blooms that the farm and seasons have to offer. We guarantee to always include flowers of equal or higher value and will keep with the style of the flowers chosen.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to alter your order, please do so by contacting us via email hello@jonimaflowers.com or contact us directly on 0401 055 125.
We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) where we receive not less than 24 hours notice.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel orders by giving us not less than 24 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given.
If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started the preparation of your order at the time notice is given. The easiest way to cancel your order is to call or email hello@jonimaflowers.com.
REFUNDS
Incorrect Order Information
If the incorrect information (such as delivery address, name etc) is provided on an order Jonima Flowers will not be held liable but will try our very best to achieve the best possible outcome for you. No refund will apply in these circumstances.
Flower Quality
Jonima Flowers take great care in selecting the best flowers the seasons and the flower farm have to offer and to ensure our flowers arrive fresh and beautiful. Flowers are perishable and flower’s life span is dependent on variety, season, environment and care. Therefore, there is a varied life span for different flowers.
You can generally expect your flowers to last 4-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.
If you feel your flowers have not lasted for at least three (3) days from the date of delivery, please contact our team within this timeframe by calling 0401 055 125 or emailing hello@jonimaflowers.com
To help us investigate and maintain our quality standards, we may request photographs of the flowers and, in some cases, arrange collection of the original flowers for inspection.
Please note that any concerns regarding flower freshness must be reported within three (3) days of delivery. We may be unable to provide replacement flowers if the original flowers have been discarded or if requested photographs are not supplied.
